My ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with a quality product.

These values and practices are the cornerstone of my work:

• Specialisation. Using a translator who specialises in your text’s content is the best way to get a translation that doesn’t read like a translation.  I specialise in legal, financial, academic and marketing texts. I understand what I translate.
• Always native speakers. I always translate into my mother tongue: Spanish. For translations into English and French, I have a network of native speaking partners who specialise in the content that they translate.
• Adaptability to the client’s needs: format, style guidelines, deadlines, computer tools, etc.
• Availability. I always respond to my clients’ queries as soon as possible.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in order to safely transfer ideas from one language to another, paying special attention to cultural references and linguistic correctness.
• Terminology consistency. I use terminology management software to ensure the uniformity of translations.
• Thorough proofreading of texts to avoid any mistakes and adapt the work to the requirements set by the client.
• Full compliance with submission deadlines.
• Full compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
• After-sales service. Our relationship does not end after the services are provided. The client will be welcome to contact me with any problem or doubt that may arise in relation to the service.
